Silicon (Si): <=1.00
Manganese (Mn): <=2.00
Phosphorus (P): <=0.045
Sulfur (S): <=0.030
Chromium (Cr): 18.00-20.00
Nickel (Ni): 10.00-12.00

These components provide excellent corrosion resistance and processability.

Tensile Strength (Rm): >=520 MPa.
Yield Strength (Rp0.2): >=205 MPa.
Elongation (A): >=40%.
Reduction of Area (Z): >=63%.
Hardness: Brinell Hardness <=187 HB.

 


Density: Approximately 7.8 g/cm³.
Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: 11.3 × 10⁻⁶/℃ between 20℃ and 100℃.
Thermal Conductivity: 11.3 W/(m·K) at 20℃, 21.2 W/(m·K) at 597℃.
Specific Heat: 0.44 J/(kg·℃) at 20℃, 432 J/(kg·℃) at 246℃.
Resistivity: 0.44 Ω·mm²/m.

 


Solution treatment: 920-1150℃ followed by rapid cooling to achieve a non-magnetic austenitic structure.
Annealing: 750-850℃ followed by slow cooling to reduce hardness and increase ductility. Quenching and Tempering: Quenching temperatures are 950-1050℃, and tempering temperatures are 600-700℃ to optimize strength and toughness.

High Strength and Toughness: High tensile strength and yield strength while maintaining good ductility and toughness.
Processing Properties: Excellent cold working and weldability.
Intergranular Corrosion Resistance: Ultra-low carbon content reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion.
